Spanning 14 ports and covering 25,000 dockworkers, the contract promises wage increases and job protections tied to automation, setting a transformative precedent for labor relations in the maritime sector.
The Clean Rivers Cooperative Operations and Training Facility in NW Portland underwent a remodel project in 2024. The construction started mid-July and finished up at the end of November.
