The meeting agenda includes review and approval of the 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes and the election of members of the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Merchants Exchange Bylaws- Article 3, Section 3, the following is the proposed slate of individuals to fill open positions on the Board of Directors.

Grain: Ryan Statz, Columbia Grain

Stevedore: Adrian Burkard, Jones Stevedoring Company

All Merchants Exchange members are asked to submit a signed proxy form for their organization no later than Monday, February 21st for quorum purposes.
