Vigor Marine Group (VMG) and Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) have signed a Joint Development Agreement to pursue an advanced maritime trades training center in the Pacific Northwest, announced alongside the launch of the Korea-U.S. Shipbuilding Partnership Center. The agreement covers site infrastructure, curriculum development, technology integration, and marketing, aiming to strengthen the U.S. maritime industrial base.
