Lee brings over 28 years of executive experience in heavy industrial construction, most recently as executive vice president and COO at JH Kelly. Dee Burch, who acquired GM&I in 2023, remains CEO and owner, focusing on strategic growth, business development, and industry partnerships while Lee oversees daily operations.
