Port Security Grants for the Columbia-Willamette-Snake River System

Announcements

All entities covered by the Area Maritime Security Plan for the Columbia, Willamette Snake River System from Astoria to Lewiston and Portland and non federal public entities that serve those facilities are eligible to apply for  PSGP funding. 

Federally regulated facilities, Port Authorities, and local river organizations are especially encouraged to apply.

There are funds available for PSGP for the Years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.  As the fiduciary agent the Merchants Exchange is working diligently to match eligible applicants with funding.

To apply complete the investment justification form for the appropriate grant year and submit a budget detail sheet and NEPA compliance for to psgp@pdxmex.com.  Once we have received your investment justification the Merchant Exchange fiduciary agent team will review your application for eligibility and assist you if necessary to prepare it for further review. 

All applications will be reviewed and prioritized by the AMSC and the COTP before being submitted to DHS for final approval.  .
