Clean Rivers Cooperative is an oil spill response organization comprised of 22 member companies with facilities located along the Columbia and Willamette Rivers (located in both Oregon and Washington).

CRC provides oil spill coverage for its membership’s facility response plans. It is also the primary spill response contractor to the Maritime Fire & Safety Association Umbrella Oil Spill Contingency Plan for vessels.
