Answering Service

A complete extended 24 hours, 7 days a week, manned answering service is provided by the Exchange Communications Center.
The service is capable of taking messages for after hours calls, forwarding of calls on a screened or non-screened basis to company duty personnel within the guidelines established by the customer.
Direct connection with radio patching to vessels transiting the Columbia River is also possible.
This answering service is available to any customer worldwide.
